Pannacotta was one of the first desserts I ever perfected, and is a regular feature for the boy and I when making a quick and easy sweet course. I've already shared my chocolate pannacotta recipe, but the first flavour I actually ever learned was a vanilla bean pannacotta. I've given it a little twist with a pistachio crumble for added texture.

I've always used sheet gelatine to make panna cotta but your recipe sounds really good. I love that pistachio crumble too.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit I still haven't tried it with sheet gelatine - I'm told the result is much silkier so I'll definitely have to give it a go. Hope you enjoy this version! :)
DeleteOh this looks drop dead gorgeous darling. You are quite the chef! Such stunning yet simple presentation
ReplyDeleteThanks my love! I'm still learning the ropes of styling, but trying to get there! x
